FirstBuy gives buyers a step up in Heywood

For first time buyers Suzie Barton and Danny Pugh, treading the unfamiliar steps of the property ladder was a walk in the park thanks to Countryside Properties at Copper Wells. The couple bought their home through FirstBuy, an equity loan scheme designed to offer people like Suzie and Danny an affordable route into the property market. The loan is jointly funded by the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) and Countryside Properties and remains interest free for five years.*
